English+Arabic audio transcription to word document

I have a 54 minutes long audio file mostly in English that need to be transcribed in a word document. The audio has some Arabic speeches also (only about few minutes) that need to be translated into English as well.

I'm looking for an experienced person who is experienced in transcription works to do the job. I prefer to hire an Arabic person for the job as there are some parts in Arabic which requires translation in English.
