Digitize Physical Text Documents -- 2

I have a stack of paper-based records that need to be keyed into an editable digital format. The material is pure text—no numbers, tables, or images—so the job is straightforward data entry rather than complex data processing. Accuracy matters more than speed; I prefer clean, error-free transcription and consistent formatting over a rushed turnaround.

The source pages are clearly printed, but some older copies may require a careful eye. You can choose the software you’re most comfortable with (Word, Google Docs, or a plain-text editor is fine) as long as the final files are easy for me to edit and search. Pagination and any original headings should be preserved.

There’s no hard deadline, which gives you the flexibility to fit this work around other projects, but steady progress is appreciated. I plan to review batches as they come in, so we can catch any issues early and keep everything on track. If you have a method for validating your own typing—such as double entry or spell-check routines—please let me know when you submit your proposal.
