Digitize 1960s Corporate Bylaws
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
We have a full set of type-written corporate bylaws from the 1960s that now exist only as scanned pages. Your task is to retype every line into a single plain-text (.txt) file, matching the original spacing and indentation exactly so the historical layout remains intact.
Several pages carry handwritten notes in the margins; please insert those notes directly where they appear, wrapped in clearly marked comments—for example: [**HANDWRITTEN NOTE: “adopted 3/12/68”**]. Nothing should be omitted. Accuracy down to punctuation, line breaks, and capitalization is essential because the document will become the company’s official digital archive.
Deliverables
• One UTF-8 plain-text file that preserves all original spacing and paragraph structure.
• Handwritten annotations embedded as in-line comments, as described above.
I will supply high-resolution scans as soon as we start, and I’m available for questions along the way to clarify any faint or illegible sections.
