Dictation and transcription

I am a 78-year-old Illinois lawyer who resides in Lake Balboa, California. County, Los Angeles. I need to dictate a Motion to Re-Open an Illinois Bankruptcy case, for a client. I will need to dictate first draft, make corrections, or add other comment to the Motion. Motion can be dictated and transcribed, remotely. I am willing to pay whatever you charge!
