I need a certified court reporter to cover a series of depositions and capture an accurate, verbatim record throughout. The exchanges will be conducted in straightforward, general language—no complicated industry jargon—so the main focus is on maintaining absolute accuracy, clear speaker identification, and time-stamped notes where applicable.
Once the sessions conclude, I will require two deliverables:
• An electronic transcript in PDF format
• A bound, printed copy of the same transcript
If you routinely handle depositions, are comfortable providing both digital and hard-copy outputs, and can meet standard turnaround times, I’d like to hear how you would approach the assignment and what equipment or real-time tools you use to guarantee reliability and accuracy.
