Data extraction from pdf to excel columns using pyhton

I require data extracted from a pdf file to excel in specific columns. There are around 2000 rows of excel to be populated with 12 data points (Columns in excel to be populated). I can share the file upon request for a quote and timeline. Attached is the first few pages of the pdf for reviewing.
