Convert Screenshots to Word

I have a batch of screenshots that I want transcribed into an editable .docx file. Accuracy is the priority: every word, line break, and basic paragraph structure should match what you see on the images. Complex styling isn’t necessary—clean, consistent formatting that mirrors the original layout is fine.

If any portion of a screenshot is unclear or handwritten, leave a clear comment tag in the document rather than guessing so I can review it later.

Deliverables
• A single Microsoft Word (.docx) file containing the full, error-free text from all screenshots
• A short note highlighting any flagged sections that need my review
