Computer-Generated Chord Chart & Lyrics

I’m providing two things up front—a scan of my handwritten chord sheets and the MP3 of the track. From those sources I need a fresh, computer-engraved chord chart that looks polished and is effortless to read.
Here’s exactly what I’m after:
• One PDF that pairs every chord symbol with the corresponding lyric line, laid out in a straightforward, no-clutter style.
• Consistent font choices, clear section headings (verse, chorus, bridge, etc.), and sensible page breaks so a musician can follow along without page-turn confusion.
• Accurate transcription: chords must reflect what you hear on the recording, not just what is scribbled on the old sheet.
Feel free to work in Finale, Sibelius, MuseScore, Guitar Pro or any comparable modern notation software—whatever lets you deliver a crisp, professional result.
Once you’re done, send the finished PDF plus the original software file in case I need future edits. If everything lines up with the audio and the chart stays clean and readable, we’re good to go.
