Complete English+Arabic transcription of audio file

I have a 54 minutes long audio file mostly in English that need to be transcribed in a word document. The audio has some Arabic speeches also (only about few minutes) that need to be translated into English as well. I hired a person earlier who did some transcrip already but it's not complete. I need someone who can complete the transcript asap.

I'm looking for an experienced person who is experienced in transcription works to do the job. I prefer to hire an Arabic person for the job as there are some parts in Arabic which requires translation in English.
