Caption/subtitles

I am looking for a freelancer to create captions/subtitles for my video project. The video length can be of any time. I would need the captions/subtitles in multiple languages, which I will specify later. The captions/subtitles should be both time-coded and transcribed.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Fluent in the language(s) required for the captions/subtitles
- Experience in caption/subtitle creation
- Proficient in time-coding and transcription software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in caption/subtitle creation.
