Canadian French transcription - about 47 minutes

I'm looking for a native French speaker to do a transcription work in Canadian French language. The audio itself is 136 minutes long. But we already have about 90 minutes transcripts and you need to continue the rest (about last 47 minutes) of the audio. Time code is needed in every 5 minutes. Also you need to follow certain guidelines that I will provide.

Note that the audio quality is not good, so only bid if you can work on a bad quality audio file. Also using auto transcription software will be no good because if the audio quality.

I need this to be done within next 20 hours max. My budget is 20 GBP.
