Audio enhancement and transcription

I have a video with fairly poor quality audio. I have had someone do one decent attempt at enhancing the audio as well. So two files, 1 minute and 17 second recording. The audio has to be clear enough that the whispered conversation can be understood. I recorded it, so I know the context of the conversation, and have transcribed some myself. But I need a professional to do this, I just will know if the transcription attempts are close or not. It has to be enhanced well enough that at least most the conversation can be heard, or it will be useless to me. I’ve had about 5 people attempt, and I only have one decent version. Will only pay if it’s good enough for people hear. Sell video is original. Sell earworm is an isolated audio attempt. Thanks
