Arabic transcription of Arabic audio file

I'm looking for a native Arabic transcriber to transcribe an audio file into word document. The audio file is in Arabic and I need the Arabic transcript in word document format.

Originally the audio is one hour long, but the are some areas where the speakers don't speak anything, so I think it should be around 40 to 50 minutes transcription.

Looking for someone who is experienced in Arabic transcriptions.

Budget: 45 AUD
Deadline: 24-36 hours.
