Arabic DOF Scanned Doc Transcription

I'm seeking someone skilled in Arabic character transcription to meticulously turn a scanned PDF document into a text file. The purpose of this task is to transcribe the content for copying purposes. I have not been able to transcribe accurately through any automated means. The PDF file is approximately 140 pages long and I was wondering if you would be able to generate a verbatim Arabic transcription of the PDF file into a text file. Please preserve the numbers for each verse as well. Each verse has a number beside it and I would like to denote them as [1], [2], [3], etc. I would also like to note that I would only like to transcribe the contents on the left half of each page, if this has any impact on the page count.
