Amharic Interview Transcription Needed

I've conducted 20 interviews in Amharic for my research and require them to be transcribed word-for-word in Microsoft Word. The transcription should include timestamps at each speaker change.
Requirements:
- Transcribe interviews in Microsoft Word.
- Include every word spoken in the interview.
- Insert timestamps at speaker changes.
Ideal Skills:
