Add captions/subtitles to an audio and make it a video
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Please read carefully before bidding. I will provide an .mp3 file as well as a .txt file that will have the transcription of the audio file. See attached example. Here is what you have to do:
1. Convert audio file to a video file.
2. Add the transcription according to the audio as caption/subtitles burned in the video.
That's it. There are 81 similar audio files in total and all transcription file will be provided. You will have to provide the work of the attached sample for me to know that you understood the work.
