create training videos for Microsoft Teams and O365 for schools
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I am looking for someone to create professional and engaging training videos for our company on Microsoft Teams, Class Notebook and Office365 applications (mainly Forms), for our online training platform aimed at the Education sector, primarily in Schools.
The videos should explain how to use the applications at a beginner level through to a more experienced user's level. Each video should be no more than 5 mins in length and contain a short introduction and an opening page with the Company logo which will be provided. Each video should ensure there's a focus on real Teacher experience in the Classroom when using Teams, Class Notebook & O365 Forms and should be of a live-action style, switching between the application and a SharePoint site showing the experience from a Teacher and a Student's view. This will suit someone who has already had experience of Teaching, Training and the use of Digital Learning Pedagogy in schools and who is familiar with a Digital Learning environment, using online text books if possible.
I will also require a written description to complement the Video lesson and the trainer should mindful of Accessibility and Inclusion. Once the videos are complete, they will need to be in a standard video format to upload to our Learning Management System to create a Course by topic and lessons.
After the initial content has been created for each Course, there will be updates to the Video lessons required as and when new features are made available by Microsoft. We anticipate that this will not be required more than 4 times a year, but this will depend on large updates and any requested content by an organisation.
We are also part of the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program.
If possible, send an example short video of your style of online training along with your application.
If you believe you have the relevant experience and skills to carry out this project, I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.
