Zoho Books Setup & Training
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a one-person consulting firm and need Zoho Books configured properly from day one. My priority is a clean initial setup—no data migration is required—followed by live, hourly training so I can manage the system confidently on my own.
Scope of work
• Configure the entire organisation in Zoho Books, including company profile, currency, tax details and user roles.
• Build a practical chart of accounts that matches a small consultancy’s needs.
• Set up invoicing and billing: branded templates, payment terms, online payment gateways and recurring invoices where relevant.
• Walk me through each section in live online sessions (screen-share preferred), answering questions in real time.
• Provide short written notes or a recorded copy of each session for later reference.
• Offer ongoing, as-needed support billed hourly for future tweaks or questions.
What I’m looking for
You have hands-on experience implementing Zoho Books, speak clear English during calls and can schedule sessions in US business hours. Familiarity with best practices for professional services businesses is a plus.
Deliverables are considered complete once the system is live, I can issue and track an invoice end-to-end, and I understand the workflows covered during training.
