Women-Focused Sales & HR Job Partime Time Work From Home
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for a female-led expert who can step in and strengthen our all-women team across three fronts: sales strategies, HR policy refinement, and day-to-day team leadership.
The first priority is hands-on sales training delivered through engaging, face-to-face workshops. I need you to design and run practical sessions that boost confidence in prospecting, objection handling, and closing. Real-world role-plays, quick reference playbooks, and measurable improvement targets should be baked in.
Alongside the sales component, I’d like a fresh set of eyes on our HR policies to be sure they stay compliant, inclusive, and motivational. Clear documentation updates and implementation guidance are expected.
Finally, I want ongoing coaching for our supervisors so they can lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability. Brief weekly check-ins, leadership frameworks, and feedback loops will help embed what we learn.
