Weekly Leadership Skills Trainer Needed
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I want to run a series of weekly, in-person workshops that strengthen the leadership capacity of my team. Each session should revolve around three core themes—conflict resolution, sound decision-making, and motivational techniques—delivered through engaging activities, real-world case studies, and actionable take-aways my employees can apply immediately on the job.
Here is what I need from you:
• A concise training roadmap covering at least eight consecutive weeks, indicating objectives, key exercises, and expected outcomes for every meeting.
• All slide decks, handouts, role-play scripts, and follow-up assignments in reusable digital formats (PowerPoint, PDF, or similar).
• Practical assessments or reflection tasks that let me gauge improvement in each focus area over time.
• A short debrief report after every workshop summarising participation levels, observed strengths, and recommendations for the next session.
In-person delivery is essential; virtual add-ons are fine but the core learning must happen face-to-face. I will handle venue logistics—please just arrive prepared to facilitate an energetic, interactive experience that keeps professionals of varying seniority fully engaged.
If you have a proven record of running leadership programmes that translate into measurable workplace behaviour change, I’d love to see your approach and a sample agenda.
