4-Week Advanced Training Plan
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Over the next month I’ll be running three-hour sessions three times a week and I need a fully structured program that keeps a group of advanced athletes engaged and improving. Each session must blend focused strength training with high-level agility and speed drills, roll seamlessly into endurance-oriented conditioning work, and finish with a competitive live-play segment that ties everything together.
I’m after progressive detail—warm-up, main sets, recovery windows, and cool-down—so that intensity, volume, and objectives are clear at a glance. Please weave measurable benchmarks into the plan (times, reps, distances, or power outputs) so I can track weekly gains and adjust loads when necessary. If certain movements require special equipment or space, call that out so I can prep the facility in advance.
Deliverables:
• A four-week calendar showing all nine sessions with time stamps for each block
• Drill descriptions and coaching cues for strength, agility, speed, and endurance segments
• Guidelines for the live-play periods, including scoring or competitive goals
• A progression chart or spreadsheet I can print or share with assistants
• Quick reference sheets for athletes highlighting key points and targets
I’ll review the first week as soon as you draft it; once it fits the brief, roll out the remaining three. Let me know your preferred format—PDF, Google Docs, or Excel—and any questions you have about group size or available gear so we can lock this in and get training.
