Virtual Retail Customer Service Training
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I need an engaging series of live, online and recorded sessions that will strengthen my team’s process knowledge and guide them through every step of Zendesk customer-service workflow. The goal is for each participant to understand how to operate the system, main workflow processes within the retail customer service department. Learning how to translate that knowledge into clear answers online, and how to move a customer smoothly from first contact to resolution inside zendesk’s system.
Sessions will run on Zoom or Microsoft Teams and should mix short presentations, screen-share demos of the workflow, breakout activities, and quick quizzes. Handouts, slide decks, and a recording of each class have to be provided so new hires can revisit the material later.
Please show the experience you have delivering virtual customer-service training or experience with in the retail space. Screenshots, sample agendas, or references from similar projects let me see your style at a glance and help confirm we’re the right fit.
Deliverables
• 3–5 live virtual sessions (60–90 minutes each) covering product knowledge and the full digital customer-service process
• Reusable training materials: slides, workflow diagrams, reference sheets, and session recordings
• A short knowledge check or role-play assessment to verify learners can apply the workflow correctly
I’m ready to schedule the first session as soon as we agree on the outline and timeline.
