Virtual IGEL Trainer Needed

I’m putting together an instructor-led programme that will take a group of mid-level IT professionals from basic familiarity with IGEL to confident day-to-day use in real-world environments. All sessions will be run live online, so you’ll be driving the class, screensharing, fielding questions in real time and guiding participants through practical labs rather than simply lecturing.

The curriculum must revolve around hands-on practice, covering:
• IGEL OS fundamentals and advanced configuration
• Universal Management Suite (UMS) for centralized control
• Cloud Management Gateway (ICG) set-up and troubleshooting
• IGEL App Portal deployment workflows
• Integrations with Microsoft solutions—Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 and Intune

I’ll look to you to:
– Shape a logical training flow that fits mid-level engineers who already understand EUC concepts.
– Provide lab guides or remote lab images so every concept can be tried immediately.
– Deliver the sessions live (timezone flexibility appreciated) and keep engagement high through demos, Q&A and real-world scenarios.
– Hand over slide decks, lab manuals and any recorded sessions once the programme wraps up.
