User training - Retail Express

Hi there I'm looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Retail Express as I'm looking for :
1) guidance with reporting to allow me to track all the quotes and sales so I understand my sales pipeline which I don't have much visibility over currently.
2) Help me setup the dashboard so I have excellent reporting, transparency on the business
3) Help me to ensure deals including quotes are followed up and potentially added to a CRM.
