Our IT department is rolling out a brand-new Automic Automation (UC4) environment and I need an experienced freelance corporate trainer who can guide the team through Architecture and Client Management so we can move smoothly from installation to production-ready operations.
Scope
You will run an end-to-end training program focused on implementing the system, combining theory with live demonstrations in our sandbox. By the end of the engagement the team should be comfortable designing the system architecture, configuring clients, and handing off day-to-day administration without outside help.

• Slide deck, sample objects, and lab scripts we can reuse after the workshop
• Live delivery (onsite or virtual—let me know your preference and any tooling you need such as Zoom, Teams, or Automic One Automation v21 test environment)
• A brief post-training Q&A / support window to make sure the implementation stays on track
Acceptance criteria
1. All modules delivered to the agreed schedule
2. Course materials handed over in editable format
3. Final knowledge check shows participants can configure a new client, deploy an agent, and set up a monitored schedule without guidance
