Trellix ePO antivirus Update Training Session
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a specialist who actively works with Trellix (McAfee) ePolicy Orchestrator 5.x and Endpoint Security 10.x to guide me through the full update cycle for AMCore/DAT signatures. During a live Zoom or Teams call, please demonstrate every click and setting while I follow along on my own ePO console that manages Windows endpoints.
What I expect you to cover in the session
• Importing new AMCore/DAT packages into the Master Repository
• Creating an Update Client Task, assigning it to the right tags or groups, and triggering “Run Client Task Now” for an immediate push
• Confirming successful replication to distributed repositories (if present) and validating version numbers on both ePO and the Windows agents
• Explaining best-practice scheduling so daily updates continue automatically after the call
The delivery is a single 1–2 hour interactive session conducted in English and Arabic, with screen sharing and the ability for me to ask questions in either language. If you prefer to record the walkthrough as a backup for me to reference later, that’s welcome too.
By the end of the session I should confidently repeat the procedure on my own, schedule recurring updates, and verify compliance across my Windows fleet.
