Trainer for facilitating training for Product engineering Team

We intend to train new batch of trainees into new emerging technologies and need trainer who could orchestrate entire training program for delivering an effective training. The trainer should have sound knowledge on learning and development concepts and to embed soft skills aspects while curating the overall training program for which content would be provided. Someone who in past would have orchestrated , set up and deliver training programs for product engineering team would be preferable
