Train AI model for invoices

I want to train a model that will be used to check if an invoice looks ok and if my staff should pay it.
I need to be able to install the model on a local machine.

I was told that this is possible but don’t really know much about it. I am open to suggestions on how best to do it so that it can be used in the company.
