Team Idea-Sharing Workshop Program
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m putting together a focused initiative to strengthen how our team collaborates, with a special emphasis on idea sharing. While client interactions and project management run smoothly, day-to-day collaboration sometimes stalls because people hesitate to voice fresh concepts or build on others’ suggestions. I’d like a professional who can design and facilitate a series of hands-on workshops and training sessions that unlock that flow of ideas.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A short discovery call to understand our current culture, roles, and pain points.
• A workshop blueprint (agenda, activities, timing, materials) aimed squarely at encouraging open idea exchange—think ice-breakers, active-listening drills, rapid-fire concept mapping, and structured feedback rounds.
• Delivery of the sessions, either live online or on-site, keeping the energy high and participation balanced.
• Practical take-home resources so the team can keep the momentum going long after the workshop ends.
• A concise post-workshop report measuring engagement and outlining next steps for continuous improvement.
Workshops and training are the preferred route, but if you see value in light brainstorming add-ons or introducing collaborative tools to reinforce the lessons, I’m open to hearing those suggestions once the core program is nailed. Experience in adult learning, facilitation, and conflict-free group dynamics will be key. If this sounds like your sweet spot, I look forward to seeing how you’d bring it to life.
