I am expanding a career-oriented initiative across Tamil Nadu and want to build a small circle of local ambassadors who already work with fresh graduates in some capacity. If you are a trainer, HR consultant, or career counsellor and enjoy speaking to groups, this partnership can add a reliable extra income stream to your existing work.

Here’s the idea in a nutshell: you continue doing what you do best—coaching, counselling, or talent sourcing—while also introducing our programmes to the audiences you address. Each successful enrolment or engagement you trigger earns you an agreed share, month after month, so the effort compounds over time.

What I’m looking for
• A genuine presence in Tamil Nadu (onsite workshops and college visits are frequent)
• Confidence on stage or in virtual rooms; Tamil and workable English will help you connect faster
• An existing network among freshers, placement cells, or early-career job seekers
• The bandwidth to host brief orientation talks, share curated materials I provide, and submit a short monthly activity report

Acceptance criteria for the engagement
• At least two orientation sessions delivered in year.
• Transparent tracking of leads through the simple CRM link I supply
• Monthly reconciliation so your earnings hit your account on time
