Student Interpersonal Skills Training
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m putting together a hands-on communication program for university-level students with one clear objective: help them enhance their interpersonal skills. The training must zero-in on conflict resolution, active listening and emotional intelligence, giving participants practical tools they can immediately apply in group projects, internships and early career roles.
What I need from you
I’m looking for a communication trainer who can design and deliver an engaging, student-friendly series of sessions—either in person or live online. Real-world scenarios, role-plays, short reflection exercises and plenty of peer feedback should sit at the heart of every lesson so the material never feels abstract.
Deliverables (all discrete)
• A concise programme outline showing how each session advances conflict resolution, active listening and emotional intelligence
• Slide deck and/or interactive materials suitable for 60–90-minute classes
• Student worksheets or a small workbook that reinforces each concept
• A simple feedback rubric I can hand out to measure skill growth after the course
Acceptance criteria
• Every session clearly links to at least one of the three focus skills
• Activities favour interaction over lecture; no more than 40 % talking-head time
• Materials are ready to share with 30+ participants and adaptable for Zoom or a campus classroom
If you have a track record training students and can weave these three skill areas into memorable, high-energy learning experiences, I’d love to see how you would structure the programme.
