RVT Trainer Needed for Dialysis Ultrasound

I’m looking for a registered RVT sonographer who can deliver remote (via zoom) training to dialysis clinics and run focused ultrasound training. The goal is simple: bring a group of beginner-level nurses and technicians up to a confident, safe standard in vascular image acquisition and basic interpretation so they can integrate ultrasound seamlessly into their daily workflow for dialysis patients.
Your task starts by quickly assessing the team’s baseline knowledge, then guiding them through equipment setup, probe handling, and real-time scanning on actual patients. Because image quality drives safe cannulation and complication reduction, we will emphasize recognizing normal versus problematic vascular anatomy and adjusting machine parameters on the fly.
Deliverables
• A concise training outline tailored to beginners, sent for approval before day one
• On-site instruction (small-group format) that blends theory with extensive live scanning practice
• A short post-training skills checklist or competency assessment for each participant, documenting proficiency in image acquisition and first-pass interpretation
Success means every trainee can independently obtain clear vascular images, explain what they see, and feel comfortable repeating the process without supervision.
