QuickBooks Online Bulk Product Import

We have more than 30,000 items already organised in Excel/CSV and need them mapped, cleaned, and imported into QuickBooks Online Advanced without disrupting the existing chart of accounts or price rules. After the data is in place, I would like a short hands-on session that shows our internal team how to create estimates and manage projects inside QBO Advanced.

Key results I expect:
• All products visible in QuickBooks Online Advanced with correct names, SKUs, prices, categories, tax codes, and inventory settings.
• A concise, recorded walk-through (or live screen-share) covering estimate creation, project tracking, and any tips you rely on for large catalogues.
• A summary of the steps you took so we can repeat the process for future imports.

The product list comes to you as a clean Excel/CSV file. Experience with high-volume imports, custom fields, and QuickBooks Online Advanced’s import tool (or third-party connectors like SaasAnt, Transaction Pro, etc.) is essential. Because of scheduling and potential on-site follow-ups, a consultant based in the United States is preferred.
