Preparing Training Management System

We are a start-up company working in environmental and safety consultancy, and we want to be accredited as a NEBOSH learning provider. We want an experienced individual to develop and prepare our documentation and procedure to meet the golden requirements (as attached). Please note that the training will be also online. So we need advice on what to include on our website. We want to be simple and to the point. If you are experienced it will not take you long.
