In-Person Soft Skills Trainer Northeast

I am rolling out a series of on-site workshops across Tripura, Meghalaya, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Manipur and Nagaland, aimed at mid-level working professionals who need practical upskilling in communication, leadership and time management.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the full learning experience—designing engaging activities, delivering the sessions face-to-face and measuring impact. A background in corporate or professional training is essential, and familiarity with the culture and travel logistics of the North-East will make the job smoother for everyone.

Typical engagement: one- or two-day workshops for cohorts of 25–30 participants. Venues and on-ground arrangements are handled at my end; you bring the energy and expertise, while I take care of the content for you.

Deliverables
• In-person workshop delivered at each assigned location
• Participant workbook, slide deck and activity sheets (editable files)
• Pre- and post-training assessments with a concise results summary

Acceptance criteria
• Min 2 years of experience in Soft Skills training.
