I host concise, high-impact online workshops for a nationwide franchise network and need a trainer who can confidently cover Entrepreneurship Mindset, Communication & Professional Personality, Critical Thinking, plus Adaptability & Workplace Behaviour in one-hour live sessions delivered over Zoom or Google Meet.
Each workshop is booked monthly—or whenever a specific need arises—so flexibility is key. Because the audience consists of adult professionals, engaging facilitation, real-world examples and interactive elements matter as much as subject mastery.
Deliverables
• 60-minute live session with Q&A
• Session outline and slide deck 48 hrs in advance
• Brief post-session recap/hand-out for participants
The most relevant background is proven experience in soft-skills, corporate or online training; any of these is acceptable as long as virtual facilitation skills are evident. Strong verbal communication, clear visuals and a stable internet setup are essential.
