• Design a concise programme (3–5 modules is ideal) that blends practical soft-skill exercises with leadership frameworks focused on strategic decision-making.
• Deliver each module through interactive online tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, making room for breakout discussions, role-plays, and real-time feedback.
• Provide clear learning materials: slide deck, worksheets, and quick reference guides that employees can revisit after each session.
• Gauge progress with a short pre-assessment, post-assessment, and a consolidated feedback report so I can measure impact at a glance.
