Monday.com Work Flow Design and Training

I am looking for someone who is an expert in using Monday.com to help us design work flows which will help automate and improve efficiency in our operations department. We currently do not use Monday.com so would also be looking for someone capable in training a small team on the fundamentals of Monday.com to get the most out of the work flows that we design.
This project is to help design the main workflow in the operations team and following that there would be scope for additional work work to add new work flows, automations etc to further improve the business more generally.
