Microsoft 365 Trainer
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
You will be working with The Readiness Company Ltd (TRC) to support our clients who wish to learn about their Microsoft 365 technology.
TRC requires a Microsoft 365 Trainer to deliver training on the MS365 suite of applications for its clients
The work is offered on a days/hours based remotely and you will be required to:
- Support TRC in client scoping, on the UK time zone; gathering the training requirement for training sessions. Bring expertise to scoping calls to help facilitate discussions.
- Provide a Lesson Plan and ensure it achieves the client's aims.
- Provide expertise to guide the client around feasibility, length of sessions.
- Deliver against the Lesson Plan to meet the client's requirements.
- Liaise with TRC and client on feedback.
- Create MS365 training content, for both Face to Face and online deliveries
Skills required to complete this work:
- Highly effective communicator
- Able to work to time deadlines set and balance multiple priorities
- High attention to detail in written work and presentations
- Proven expertise of MS365 applications training with demonstrable evidence of satisfied clients
