Project Description

We are looking for an experienced India-based HR professional / Interview Coach to provide online training for my daughter, who is currently studying in an engineering college.

Objective:

To improve her:

Interview facing skills
Communication clarity and politeness
Confidence level during interviews
HR and technical interview readiness
Body language and professional presentation
Scope of Work:
Initial Assessment (Mandatory)
Conduct a mock interview (HR round)
Evaluate communication skills, confidence, and clarity
Identify strengths and areas of improvement
Provide a structured training plan based on assessment
Training Plan (Customized)
Structured training schedule (4–6 weeks preferred)
Weekly 2–3 online sessions (1 hour each)
Practical mock interviews (HR + behavioral)
Guidance on answering common HR questions
Resume review and improvement suggestions
Body language and confidence-building techniques
Feedback after every session
Expected Outcome
Improved confidence while answering
Clear, polite, and structured responses
Better presence in interviews
Ability to handle stress and tricky questions
Mentor Requirements:
Must be based in India
Minimum 5+ years experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / Interview Panel
Experience conducting campus interviews preferred
Prior coaching or mentoring experience is a plus
