Master SAP EC & Payroll Integration

I’m looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors practitioner who can walk me through Employee Central and its end-to-end payroll integration, starting from the absolute basics and building up to advanced configuration and troubleshooting techniques. I will be the only participant, so each session can be fully tailored to my pace and prior experience.
The journey I have in mind covers everything from core data structures in Employee Central, through time and organizational set-ups, all the way to replication and reconciliation with SAP Payroll. By the end I want to feel confident running real-world scenarios, understanding common pitfalls, and, if I choose, sitting the relevant certification exam.
Here’s what I’ll need from you:
• A clear training roadmap that moves steadily from fundamentals to expert-level topics.
• Live, interactive sessions delivered online (screen-sharing, hands-on system access, Q&A).
• Practical exercises and reference materials I can keep studying between meetings.
• Guidance on best practices for EC-Payroll integration, including data replication, CPI/PI configurations, and error handling.
