Life Insurance Agent Training Consultant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for an experienced life-insurance specialist who can help me upskill agent teams across several African markets. Most of the work—curriculum design, session planning, coaching materials—can be handled remotely, but I do need someone prepared to spend 1-2 weeks on-site for each rollout to deliver the training in person, meet local stakeholders and fine-tune the program to regional nuances.
The focus is purely on training:
• Sales techniques that resonate with emerging-market customers
• Deep product knowledge so agents can position policies confidently
• Customer relationship management skills that build long-term trust
I’ll supply existing product documentation, market insights and virtual meeting support. You’ll adapt these into engaging workshops (classroom or webinar), facilitator guides, quick-reference job aids and post-training assessments. Success is measured by agent feedback scores above 85 %, improved role-play conversion rates during the sessions and a concise report summarising next-step coaching recommendations after each visit.
Experience training multicultural sales teams, fluency in English (mandarin Chinese a plus) and the ability to weave local anecdotes into examples will stand out. If this sounds like a fit, let’s discuss timelines and the first country launch.
