Lab Technician & Instructor Needed -- 2

I’m searching for a certified medical laboratory technician who is equally comfortable handling real-world sample collection and analysis and stepping into an instructional role. Day-to-day you’ll oversee venous and capillary draws, prepare and run specimens on standard analyzers, interpret results, and keep the work area CLIA-compliant. Alongside that, I’ll rely on your intermediate teaching experience to coach junior staff and occasionally deliver concise in-service sessions that translate complex lab concepts into clear, practical steps.
