Integration of 400 Microsoft Office 365 Licenses & User Training

We are looking for an experienced and certified Microsoft Office 365 professional (or team) to assist us in the following:

Integration & Deployment

1. Set up and integrate 400 Microsoft Office 365 licenses across our organization.
2. Ensure smooth migration, configuration, and activation of accounts for all employees.
3. Configure security policies, user access, and admin controls as per organizational requirements.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

Provide structured training sessions (online/offline) to employees on all major Office 365 applications, including:

1. Outlook
2. Word
3. Excel
4. PowerPoint
5. Teams
6. OneDrive
7. SharePoint

Training should be user-friendly, covering both basic and advanced features, ensuring employees can utilize Office 365 effectively in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Office 365 deployment and user training.
2. Microsoft Certified (preferred).
3. Ability to handle large-scale license integration smoothly.
4. Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Deliverables:

1. Successful integration and activation of 400 Office 365 licenses.
2. Complete training program for all employees (with training materials/manuals if possible).
3. Post-deployment support for initial troubleshooting and queries.
