Immigration Visa Document Prep Trainees

I run a small, community-based immigration nonprofit and I am opening a training track for people who want hands-on experience preparing visa application packets. Your day-to-day focus will be document preparation and filing: pulling the correct USCIS forms, drafting cover letters, organizing supporting evidence, and making sure every packet is ready for attorney sign-off before the deadline.

No prior legal experience is required; I will walk you through every step, from basic immigration vocabulary to the practical workflow we follow in the office. All training materials, form templates, and style guides are provided. What I need from you is reliability, strong written English, and an eye for detail—mistyped dates or missed signatures can derail a filing, so accuracy matters more than speed at first.

By the end of the program you should be able to deliver a complete visa application file that meets our internal checklist and is ready for FedEx or electronic submission without further edits.
