Hybrid Customer Service Training Facilitators
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m assembling a flexible pool of freelance trainers who can deliver engaging customer-service programs in Bangalore as well as other Indian cities. The assignment blends live classroom facilitation with virtual sessions, so you should be equally comfortable energising a room and driving interaction over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Scope of the engagement
You will design and run short-format modules that sharpen three core abilities: communication skills, problem-solving techniques and product knowledge transfer. Content must be adapted to the client’s industry context and backed up with real-world demos, role-plays and scenario-based activities. I’ll provide high-level learning objectives; you turn them into participant-ready slide decks, hand-outs and quick reference guides.
Key expectations
• Facilitate hybrid cohorts (typical mix: one in-person day in Bangalore or the target city, followed by two virtual follow-ups).
• Build concise facilitator notes and a learner workbook for each module.
• Capture pre- and post-training feedback so we can measure improvement in call-handling accuracy and first-contact resolution.
• Coordinate basic A/V needs on-site; remote sessions must run smoothly on common platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or Teams.
Acceptance criteria
1. Agreed syllabus covering communication, problem-solving and product knowledge is signed off before delivery.
2. Minimum 90% participant completion rate and average satisfaction score of 4/5 or higher on standard feedback forms.
3. Post-training summary report submitted within five working days.
If you have a track record of customer-service facilitation and the ability to travel on short notice, I’d love to review sample slide decks or recordings of past sessions. Let’s discuss city schedules and confirm the first rollout in Bangalore.
