MDI Tack is looking for associate trainer or freelance facilitator to assist us in various training project.


Management Development International (MDI) has developed more than 50,000 executives from various companies in Indonesia for more than 20 years .


Main Requirement :

Female/Male, 25 - 45 years old
Minimum S1, preferably S2 degree in any field
NOT currently working full time in any organization
Having solid business /corporate experience (Preferably in FMCG, Banking, Automotive, Pharmacy, Real Estate or Financial Services Industry)
Proficiency in spoken and written English is an advantage
High self-confidence, self motivated, able to work with minimum supervision
Energetic, good humor and strong personal integrity
Able to deliver interactive and motivating training/seminars
Love to travel
