The Freelance Instructor will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging training sessions to individuals and groups in following areas:
- Communication and Business Etiquettes.
- Personal Grooming for front desk staff.
The Freelance Instructor will have the opportunity to impact the professional development and growth of our clients.
We are seeking experienced Freelance Instructors with the following qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in delivering training programs in above mentioned topics
- Ability to develop effective training strategies and lesson plans
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and techniques
- Experience in Hospitality or Luxury Beauty Industry is preferred
- Knowledge of gamification in learning is a plus
- Experience in customer service (not contact centers) is a plus
