DESCRIPTION:
We are a small UK-based student recruitment agency and we are currently growing a team of Student Advisors.
We are NOT looking for developers.
We are looking for someone experienced in:
training teams
sales processes
recruitment or education sector (preferred)
We need help creating a simple, clear and practical onboarding + training system for new advisors.
WHAT WE NEED:
Clear explanation of the Student Advisor role
Step-by-step guide on how to find students (Facebook groups, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
Posting strategy (what to post, where, how often)
Simple call/message scripts to convert students
Follow-up structure
Student application process (from first contact to enrolment)
Basic guidance on supporting Student Finance England applications
IMPORTANT:
This is NOT a corporate training project.
We need something:
simple
practical
easy to follow
that advisors can start using immediately
BONUS (optional):
Experience with commission-based teams
Experience in education recruitment
Ability to run a short live training session
BUDGET:
Low budget for now, but opportunity for long-term collaboration if results are good.
