Dynamics 365 CS Training
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service trainer who can run interactive virtual live sessions for my intermediate-level property management team. The goal is to push user adoption to the next tier, tighten our tenant case workflows, and squeeze every ounce of value from our existing implementation.
The content must zero in on Case Management and Knowledge Management—those are the two areas where we still see gaps. By the end of the engagement I expect my team to be able to configure and track cases end-to-end, surface and maintain knowledge articles that actually get used, and feel confident navigating the interface without constant administrator help.
Deliverables
• A short training plan summarising objectives, agenda, and required sandbox setup
• Two to four live virtual sessions (you can propose the exact breakdown) with hands-on demos in our own environment
• Post-session reference material or recordings so the team can revisit key points
• A follow-up Q&A clinic to resolve lingering questions and confirm adoption progress
Acceptance criteria
• Participants complete real tenant case scenarios during the sessions without instructor intervention
• Knowledge articles created in the workshop are published and searchable in our system
• A brief adoption report showing before/after KPIs (users logging in, cases closed via CS, article views)
If you have a proven track record of training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and can tailor examples to property management, let’s talk about scheduling and next steps.
